energyControl learns the system and building behavior in various, real-time situations. The system takes a variety of factors into account: occupancy, weather, consumption, and hours of operation. From all of this information a tailored, optimum control strategy is developed for each building.

Commercial and industrial properties use central Building Management Systems (BMS) or Direct Digital Control (DDC). They are required for Predictive Control as energyControl is installed through it.
With DDC, Recogizer’s ControlBox connects at the automation level; with BMS, it connects at the management level using standard interfaces.
Our solution reads a selection of relevant data points and manipulates only the required variables, such as setpoints, valve, or damper positions.
